Salon Apothecary is an all-inclusive hourly rate based experience with 100% transparent pricing. We want you to look and feel at your very best, so our time is dedicated to you, and only you! You won't find a list of services here. We schedule all appointments on an hourly basis. Not sure how much time you will need? Schedule a consultation, or reach out! SALON POLICIES: Thank you for understanding that these policies and guidelines are vital to the sustainability of my business. I’ve carefully created every policy and guideline below in a way that is designed to ensure that the service experience and quality of work delivered to all of my guests is the absolute best.  Please arrive with your hair in a freshly styled state that accurately represents how you usually style it. Please wash, style, and fully dry your hair within 24 hours of your appointment to help me give you the best and most accurate cut possible. Please do not bring guests (this includes spouses, kids and friends) to your appointment. Due to the size of my suite, I do not have room for additional guests. When you reserve an appointment with me, you are agreeing to the price for that appointment.  If your late arrival prevents me from performing the full service in the time allotted for your appointment, I reserve the right to charge you in full for the service, reschedule you with a late arrival fee, or charge you a no show fee, which is payment in full for the time reserved, as I would be unable to fill that spot. Please be advised that ONLY a NO CALL NO SHOW (failure to call or email BEFORE your appointment time) will result in being charged for your appointment. Advance notice of at least 12 hours with rescheduling will not be charged a cancellation fee. Please cancel your appointments AS SOON as you know that you will not be able to attend. Please DO NOT come to your appointments if you are sick. IF you need to cancel, we will reschedule for my soonest availability that works with your schedule, with no additional fees. Please have the courtesy to cancel your appointment if you are unable to make it. NO CALL NO SHOW appointments will be charged 100% of the full appointment scheduled. After your service is completed, if you feel that you need an adjustment or something isn't quite right, please contact me within 7 days of the service via SalonApothecaryCincy@gmail.com Please understand that my pricing is based on an hourly rate. I charge $120 per hour, which is an all inclusive flat rate and will cover the cost of any supplies needed during your appointment. I find this option to be the most sustainable for my business and a way to give you the best service experience possible. This hourly rate is firm and non-negotiable.

Cancellation Policy

If needed, please cancel your appointment as soon as possible. If you do not cancel your appointment, and do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment fee. Please arrive to your appointment in a timely manner. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to include everything in your service, or may need to reschedule entirely. PLEASE do not come to your appointment while you are sick, we will reschedule your appointment for when you are feeling better!
